We provide the following services:-
1. INITIAL ASSESSMENTS
For companies who decide to seek BS EN ISO 9001(2008) Certification, we will carry an initial assessment to identify system requirements. We will prepare an action plan and provide management with a report outlining what is required to achieve registration.
2. INTERIM ASSESSMENTS
Where companies are implementing the standard and require an independent assessment of progress, we will conduct an interim assessment against the relevant part of the standard. Further, we will provide management with verbal feedback supported by a written report.
3. PRE-REGISTRATION ASSESSMENTS
For companies who wish to verify they have reached certification standard.
We will carry out a full assessment of the company's quality management system against the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001(2008). A full report will be given to management together with written non compliance statements and recommendations.
4. INTERNAL AUDITS
For companies which are:
- behind with their Audit Schedule
- having trouble achieving independence on audits
- concerned that audits are becoming repetitive and stereotyped
- short of internal auditors and need a hand.
We will help by carrying out internal audits on their behalf, using their audit procedure and reporting documents.
