In addition to the above, the two day course includes:
In teams of two:
- Preparation of Checklist & QSA Requirements for Live Audit
- Conducting a Live Audit
- (Company to decide areas to be audited, coaching given throughout)
- Reporting on live audit using company's documentation (unless current documentation is not in line with QS 9000 Requirements - advice available)
- Audit debriefing with management to discuss audit findings and agree any corrective action or recommended improvements
